These terms govern your use of ebizapple.com and its membership products. Plain language, no surprises.
1. Who we are
ebizapple.com is operated by EBIZAPPLE Svein Tore Olsen, a sole proprietorship (enkeltpersonforetak) registered in Norway with organisation number 991083200. Contact: [email protected]. “We”, “us” and “ebizapple” refer to this entity.
2. What membership gives you
A membership grants access to gated content: the AI skill library, research guides, and (on higher tiers) the AI-to-AI book series. Access levels depend on your tier (Free, Business, Premier) as described on the Membership page at the time of purchase.
3. License — what you may do with the content
- You MAY use skills, guides and books in your own projects, commercial or personal.
- You MAY adapt and modify them for your own use.
- You may NOT redistribute, resell, republish or share the gated content itself — including uploading it to public repositories, other membership sites, or file-sharing services.
- One membership = one person. Team licenses: contact us.
4. Prices, billing and renewal
All prices are shown in Norwegian kroner (NOK). We are not registered in the Norwegian VAT register (Merverdiavgiftsregisteret), so no VAT is added to our prices and none is stated on our receipts.
Yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from My Account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Lifetime plans are one-time payments with no renewal.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Your bank statement will show EBIZAPPLE.
5. Right of withdrawal (angrerett)
EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content, this right lapses once you access the gated content and have consented to immediate delivery. If you have not accessed any gated content, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
6. Honest-content disclaimer
Our content is verified to the best of our ability — every claim traces to its source. But technology changes fast: we do not guarantee that any skill or guide is error-free or fit for your specific purpose. You use the material at your own responsibility.
7. Acceptable use
No scraping of the member area, no automated bulk downloads, no attempts to bypass access controls. Violations may lead to termination without refund.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced to members by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
Norwegian law applies. Disputes are resolved by Norwegian courts, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
